Feds Release Final Rule on Medicaid Payment Increase

On November 1, the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released its final rule on the ACA provision increasing Medicaid payment to primary care physicians for specific services to Medicare levels for calendar years 2013 and 2014. The AAP
